James L. Carroll
Born in New Orleans , Louisiana , July 18, 1963 ; admitted to bar 1989, New York; 1991, Texas ; 1999, New Mexico ; and 2003, Louisiana . Also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal; the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; the Western District of Texas; and the District of New Mexico. Preparatory education Louisiana College (B.S. cum laude, 1985); legal education, Tulane University of Louisiana (J.D., cum laude, 1988). Board Certified, Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993. Member: College of the State Bar of Texas; ABA, NY, TX, NM, and LA’s Labor and Employment Law Sections; as well as the Employment Law Advisory Council. Mr. Carroll was the 2017 – 2018 President of the Judge Fred Fudickar, Jr. American Inn of Court.
