Rossanna Rahim McIlwain

Born in Colombia, South America, July 5, 1984, Rossanna obtained her law degree (Cum Laude) from Saint Thomas University in Colombia, South America in 2008.  She furthered her legal education by obtaining a Master’s of Law Degree (LL.M.) in International Business Law, from the University of Bourgogne in Dijon, France in 2009, and earned her second Masters (LL.M.) from Mississippi College, School of Law, Summa Cum Laude in May, 2015.

Admitted to practice in Colombia, South America in 2008; admitted to Louisiana State courts; U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana; Member of the Louisiana State and the 37th Judicial District Bar Associations; and American Inns of Court (Fred J. Fudikar, Jr. Inn of Court).

Rossanna is fluent in Spanish, French, English and proficient in Italian.   Rossanna is recognized by the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Louisiana as a Professional Skilled Translator in Spanish, French and Italian.

Rossanna’s practice is focused on family, domestic and immigration law, as well as personal injury litigation.
