Charlotte Ann Bolton McIntyre, known as Ann, was born and raised on Swan Lake Plantation near Collinston, Louisiana. When she was in the sixth grade, her family moved to Monroe. Ann went on to attend Northeast Louisiana University where she studied Business Administration & played on the university’s first female tennis team until she graduated in 1974. Eventually Ann decided to pursue her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class in 1990. Following graduation, she joined her husband, “Rudy”, and her father-in-law at the family practice in Wiinnsboro. Over the years, Ann has had a fulfilling career as an attorney, Winnsboro City Court Judge and Fifth Judicial District Court Judge; where she served until 2016.
